We’re not a call center or a cookie-cutter program. Our coaches work clients' homes in to build relationships, solve complex problems, and help families navigate some of their hardest moments. We’re looking for people who fit our Core Values and take that responsibility seriously.

Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred: Masters in Education, Special Education, Social Work, Counseling or Related Field and 5+ years working with families and children of all ages with complex circumstances
Considered: Bachelor's in Education, Special Education, Social Work, Counseling or Related Field and 10+ years working with families and children of all ages with complex circumstances
Willingness to travel up to one hour
Flexible day, evening, and occasional weekend availability
1099 Independent Contractor Position
