HI! I'm Angie and I am thrilled you found us! As the founder and owner of Timeout Behavior Coaching, I am so proud of our dedicated coaches, determined clients, and the high quality service we provide. We can't wait to help you and your family!
Today I am a wife and mother who finds great joy in parenting three amazing young adults. But it didn't always feel that way! Working in the behavior field, I especially felt I needed to keep my parenting struggles a secret. And although reaching out for support took courage, it was the first step in helping us find a direction to what our young family needed. In addition, as a college athlete, youth sports coach, and parent of athletes, I know the impact a dedicated, knowledgeable coach can have on helping others reach their potential through skill building, practice, and understanding.
These experiences, as well as my 22 year career as a dual-licensed social worker, school counselor, and behavior specialist, gave me the perfect opportunity to help students and staff feel better and do better with whatever was challenging them. My passion has grown to include presenting, training, and coaching over 60 teams, school districts, and organizations. Now I am excited to bring these experiences and valuable tools to parents!
With new research coming out all the time, I look forward to finding solutions that work for you. I am a Minnesota State Rule 114 Qualified Neutral for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), while also being trained in: Genograms, Prepare/Enrich, Love and Logic, Why Try? Resilience, Restorative Justice, Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports, SWIS, Human Centered Design Thinking, and Non-verbal Classroom Management. I'm certified by the Crisis Prevention Institute, Youth Mental Health First Aid, ASCA Diversity/Equity/Inclusion, and am completing Interdisciplinary Trauma Studies Certification.
While I love this work, in my free time I enjoy reading historical fiction and thrillers, the sunshine, oat milk lattes, and exploring new things with family and friends. I'm also proud to serve my community as a member of the Olmsted County Adult Mental Health Local Advisory Council, Board President for Guide Your Heart, Governance Committee member of the Leadership Table at Cradle2Career, and volunteer at St. James Coffee.

Hello, I'm Amy! My career is centered around education and I’m grateful for the experiences I’ve had in the past 18 years. I have spent most of my years as an elementary classroom teacher in 1st through 5th grade. I have also been an Instructional Coach working with other teachers, and am currently a Special Education teacher. Each of my experiences working with children and families have helped to shape the parent and educator I am today.
I am a proud mama to two teenage daughters, Brynn and Molly. I enjoy spending my time watching my girls rock climb and I love to paint and garden!
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, a Masters Degree in Education and a teaching certification in the Montessori method. I consider myself a lifelong learner and am grateful for the professional and personal opportunities that I have been a part of. These include training and experience implementing:
I believe that working as a team with families is a top priority. Through honest communication, a positive mindset, and patience with the process, we can look forward to positive outcomes for your family!
Hello! I am so glad you are here! My name is Jaymi Ashworth. I am honored to play a part in helping you develop a strong family unit; I believe it has an impact for generations to come!
I hold a master’s degree in education and have spent the last five years as a classroom teacher in multiple grade levels. My experience as an educator has exposed me to many family dynamics, but one primary goal– to help children learn and thrive. Sometimes the struggle is just knowing how to get there.
In addition to education, I also have experience working in the mental health field. Professional and personal experiences with mental health have allowed me to empathize with and approach care in such a way that acknowledges this struggle.
I am here to help you bridge the gap from where you are today to where you want to be, providing practical tools and insights, uncovering your unique gifts, and committing to discover which approach works best for your family.
In my spare time, you will find me soaking up time with my daughter, serving coffee at Papa’s Roast mobile coffee, reading, scouring Facebook Marketplace, or gathering with the people that I love.
I am honored to navigate this journey as a team to help your family grow and thrive!

As a young man, my parents opened up our home to foster children. It gave me the opportunity to witness different approaches to handling difficult situations, and I had the privilege of learning about the life stories and difficulties faced by young people whose life experiences were dramatically different from mine. Immediately after graduating from high school, I provided live-in support with a local group home to help assist with the young men who were living there.
My education journey was non-traditional in that I was balancing my full-time job, being a husband, and raising my three boys. However, even though juggling those demands was difficult, I was still able to earn my bachelor's degree in elementary education and my master's degree in special education, with an emphasis on emotional behavioral disorders and specific learning disabilities. I've also worked as a juvenile corrections officer at the Olmsted County Juvenile Detention Center, as a youth career counselor at Workforce Development, and as a special education teacher in both Rochester and Saint Charles.
My wife and I raised three rambunctious boys who are now successful adults. Two of them live in Florida with their significant others, along with a grandson. The other one lives in Minnesota with his significant other.
Welcome! I’m Jessica, and I’m so glad you’re here.
Parenting is a journey filled with both joys and challenges, and I’m here to provide the support you need along the way. As a licensed school counselor, yoga teacher, and mom to three boys, I bring both professional expertise and personal experience to my work. My journey as a parent, especially to a spirited and sensitive child, inspired me to deepen my understanding of parenting through many trainings and countless hours of reading.
I know firsthand how transformative support can be for parents, and I’m passionate about helping families build authentic connections and meaningful relationships. I also understand the critical importance of self-care for parents. Taking care of yourself isn’t just a luxury—it’s a vital part of parenting, especially during challenging times.
I also have a unique perspective as the parent of a child with a disability. I provide compassionate guidance for families navigating similar paths. My approach can incorporate mindfulness and physical practices, time in nature, and I’ve even organized retreats to help parents recharge and refocus. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in School Counseling, both from Winona State University and am also trained by Yoga Ed to teach yoga to teens.
I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your parenting journey and look forward to working with you!

Hello, I am Cassie - a wife, mother, and educator. For the past 15 years, I have served in special education both as a classroom teacher and an instructional coach, working closely with students, families, and educators to support learning and to strengthen the connection between home and school. Most of my work has taken place in elementary schools where I have focused on helping children with diverse needs thrive in supportive environments.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Special Education with licensure in Emotional and Behavioral Disorders, and a Masters of Arts in Education, Educational Leadership. In addition to my position with public schools, I teach a college-level course at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, helping future educators understand and navigate the world of Special Education.
At home, I am a spouse and mother of four amazing children. We are in the thick of toddlerhood and elementary years - juggling school, sports, music, and everything in between. When I am not working, you will likely find me outside with my family - camping, boating, hiking, traveling, or running (a rekindled passion I am grateful for!).
My goal as a parent coach is to partner with parents to strengthen their relationship with their children through compassionate guidance, practical tools, and collaborative problem-solving. With a focus on behavior support, communication strategies, and the everyday challenges of parenting, I walk alongside families to help them feel more confident, connected, and empowered in their parenting journey - because while parenting is incredibly rewarding, it also comes with real challenges - and every parent deserves support along the way.
Hi, I’m Tracie. I have had a passion for educating and nurturing young children ever since I was a high school student. As an adult I have been employed in schools and childcare settings in many capacities: as a special education paraprofessional, an elementary teacher, a teacher for deaf/hard-of-hearing students, a birth-3 home visitor, a family childcare provider, and a sign language instructor for children and families. Most importantly, I am a parent of 3 (nearly) grown children. My primary focus has been on early childhood development, particularly language and listening skills.
I have also been trained in Love and Logic and Conscious Discipline strategies, and have extensive experience with American Sign Language. Outside of work, my favorite activities include camping, hiking, biking, and boating with my husband and children, going on long walks with my 2 pups, and cooking.

I'm Anna, a former classroom teacher turned parenting coach dedicated to empowering parents with the resources they need to create a positive family dynamic. With the past decade spent in a classroom setting, I bring an abundance of knowledge and practical insights to my coaching practice.

I specialize in trauma-informed approaches, recognizing the importance of creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive.I am passionate about guiding parents through difficult situations and supporting them in building strong, resilient relationships with their children. I understand the joys and challenges of raising children firsthand and can relate to what you are experiencing as a family!
In addition to my master’s degree in education, I have been trained in Love and Logic, Non-Verbal Classroom Management, Restorative Practices, and Culturally and Linguistically Responsive Teaching.
